All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your payment is successfully received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Time

We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is between 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur. If there are any significant delays in your order's shipment, we will notify you via email or phone using the contact information provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

7. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If you need to return an item, you may do so by contacting us via mail or phone. We provide no restocking fees, and refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
