2. How long does it take to process an order?

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to you, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States typically takes 4-7 business days after your order has been processed. Shipping is free for all U.S. orders.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

9. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, but the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want. Once your return is processed, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement item.
